3D Walkthrough Animation & Architectural Renderings

SoCal ArchViz was commissioned by RD Jones to produce a cinematic 3D walkthrough animation and a series of eight photorealistic architectural renderings for Monon Square Condos, a landmark mixed-use redevelopment located along the iconic Monon Trail in Carmel, Indiana.

This transformative project plays a critical role in connecting Carmel City Center with Midtown, strengthening the pedestrian corridor while introducing new residential, retail, and public spaces designed to enhance community engagement and urban vitality.

Monon Square is a two-phase, $100 million mixed-use development that blends contemporary residential living with vibrant street-level activation. The northwest quadrant features over 247 luxury apartment residences, more than 21,000 square feet of retail and office space, and a public parking structure designed to support the surrounding urban infrastructure.

Across the Monon Trail, the northeast quadrant introduces an additional 120 multi-family residences, ground-floor retail and dining, luxury for-sale condominiums, and an additional public parking facility. Together, these elements create a cohesive and walkable environment that elevates Carmel’s downtown experience.

The client review and approve the precise camera path, pacing, and storytelling approach of the walkthrough before entering full production.

3D modeling, material development, lighting design, and environment creation, ensuring every architectural element, interior finish, and amenity space was accurately represented.

The final deliverables included a fully immersive 3D architectural animation and high-resolution renderings showcasing luxury residential interiors, fitness amenities, communal social spaces, and exterior building perspectives.
